Returns and Refunds Policy

 

At GoBeavs.com, our products are custom-made on demand, which generally limits our ability to offer returns or refunds. However, we are open to exceptions, particularly in cases of errors or issues with your order. If you encounter any problem due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately for resolution.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must request it within 10 days of receiving the delivery. The items must be in their original state: unworn, unaltered, and with tags intact. 

All exchange or store credit requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our ultimate aim is your lifelong satisfaction as a customer, and we strive to meet that goal, so we'll do what we can to keep you a Beaver Fan for life.
